Tharwat Alaser Alhadethah L.L.C is determined to become a Sultanate of Oman industry benchmark for safety systems and safety performance in logistics, rigging, and construction.
We certainly believe that:
- All accidents are preventable.
- All employees are fully involved in safety system development through a top-down/bottom-up communication process.
- Safety induction of new staff followed by regular ongoing training at all levels is of paramount importance.
- Keeping accurate data is essential to measure progress towards zero accidents.
- Our subcontractors are our people as far as safety systems are concerned.
- Industry benchmarks are legal obligations that are our minimum standard.
- Alcohol and drugs have no place on our sites.
- Stoppage of work is necessary if the work is hazardous and not safe.
- Hazard identification and management at the project level are critical to a safe site.
- Safety systems require regular, in-depth auditing.
Our primary duty is to provide the systems, safety equipment, and training to ensure a safe site. Every employee is expected to prioritize safety and contribute fully to the development and maintenance of our construction safety systems.
